Abstract :
In this research, a framework has been created to investigate the basics of entrepreneurial mindset, which is described by researchers as the ability to understand, act and mobilize in uncertain conditions. This study focuses on metacognitive processes that enable the entrepreneur to think beyond or reorganize existing knowledge structures and discoveries and promote adaptive cognitions when faced with new and uncertain decision-making contexts. This research aims to investigate the impact of an entrepreneurial mindset on startup human resources management, with the role of entrepreneurship education as a mediator (under survey: small and medium-sized companies located in science and technology parks in Tehran province). The statistical population of the research includes 700 employees and managers of small and medium companies located in science and technology parks in Tehran province. The statistical sample using Cochran's formula was 248 randomly selected people. The research method is descriptive-correlative in nature and practical in terms of purpose, to carry out this research, a standard questionnaire was used. Data analysis was done with the help of SPSS software and hypothesis testing was done with the structural equation method available in SmartPLS software. The results of this research showed that the entrepreneurial mindset has a positive and significant effect on the management of startup human resources, considering the mediating role of entrepreneurship training in employees. Also, an entrepreneurial mentality has a positive and significant effect on startup human resources management in employees. In the following, it was found that entrepreneurial mentality has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship training in employees.
