Abstract :
Organizations are entering a knowledge-based economy, an economy in which knowledge and intangible assets are recognized as the most important competitive advantages of organizations. In a knowledge-based economy, intellectual capital is an important part of corporate value. Intellectual capital is a new and somewhat widespread concept that is associated with intangible concepts and is clearly one of the company's volatile assets. One of the components of intangible assets is intellectual capital, which has a significant impact on the performance and implementation of strategic goals of organizations. Therefore, the implementation of intellectual capital in knowledge-based companies is very important. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to provide a model for the implementation of intellectual capital in knowledge-based companies. In this regard, after examining the theoretical foundations and extensive interviews with experts, the variables and components of the implementation of intellectual capital in knowledge-based companies were identified. Then, through the method of interpretive structural analysis, the general research model was presented and with the fuzzy AHP approach, the components of each of the implementation variables of the weighted and prioritized model were implemented.
