Abstract :
Decent work is an influential factor in shaping the future of the business world, and its implementation will have a welcome impact. Statesmen, employers and workers emphasize the need for final decision-making and implementation of decent work, but so far decent work in our country has remained only at the level of political discourse and announcement. Importantly, identifying and introducing some of the most important obstacles to deciding and executing decent work would open the doors for its real and serious entrance into the business and industry. Therefore, our main aim was to identify and prioritize the obstacles to the implementation of decent work in the industry. In this regard, 45 employers 'representatives, workers' representatives and government representatives were Judgmental selected as statistical samples. In order to data gathering, in the first step, obstacles to the decent work and its dimensions were identified based on library studies and in-depth initial interviews. In the second step, though, using the Delphi-Fuzzy method and the opinion of some of the experts in the industry sector, the identified obstacles in the first step were analyzed and summarized. In the third step, a questionnaire was designed for ranking the identified obstacles based on the Fuzz Best-Worst Method. The questionnaire was distributed among a sample of 45 members, of which 45 questionnaires were returned. The final findings of the study indicated that the insufficiency of laws, lack of trust, budgetary problems and government-owned industry, were the most difficult obstacles in the implementation of decent work.
