Abstract :
The aim of this study was to I Studying the influential factors in the Educational and Research Activities Outsourcing in Tehran/Iran. To this end, all employees and managers include 468 staffs were participated in present study, among them 211 were selected by Cochran formula and based on ratio multilevel cluster sampling. Data were collected by self questionnaires that the questions of getting a standard questionnaire. Data analysis was done using structural equation modeling by software Smart PLS 2 in two parts, the measurement model and structural section. In the first part, technical characteristics of the questionnaires including reliability, validity, convergent and divergent validity were evaluated. In the second part, software significant coefficients were used to evaluate the hypothesis. Finally, the findings indicated in outsourcing educational activities six organizational actor , administrative , economic , strategic , technical and structural institutions and associated with effective and also in outsourcing research activity of four factors , administrative , technical and organizational structure and associated with institutions need to be considered.
