رابطه میان آلکسی‌تیمیا و افکار خودکشی: آیا افسردگی به عنوان متغیر واسطه‌ای در این رابطه نقش دارد؟

چكيده: هدف از مطالعة حاضر بررسی رابطة آلکسی‌تیمیا با افکار خودکشی و نقش افسردگی به منزلة یک متغیر واسطه‌ای در این رابطه بود. نمونه‌ای شامل 200 دانشجوی دانشگاه تربیت معلم، مقیاس آلکسی‌تیمیای تورنتو (20-TAS)، مقیاس افکار خودکشی، و سیاهة افسردگی بک را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش آماری رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد افسردگی در رابطة میان آلکسی‌تیمیا و افکار خودکشی تا اندازه‌ای واسطه شده است. همچنین، افکار خودکشی رابطة مستقل و معناداری با آلکسی‌تیمیا داشت.
Abstract: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between alexithymia and suicidal ideation while considering the role of depression as a mediator variable. A sample of 200 students from Tarbiat Moallem University completed the Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20), Suicide Ideation Scale, and Beck Depression Inventory. Data was analyzed using multiple regressions. The results showed that depression was a mediator between alexithymia and suicidal ideation only to an extent. Results also showed that suicidal ideation was directly and significantly correlated with alexithymia.
