چکیده مقاله :
مسأله اختلال عملکرد جنسی یکی از پدیده های نوپیداست که در پژوهش‌ها و مطالعات اخلاقی ، فقهی و حقوقی کمتر مورد بررسی و کاوش قرار گرفته است. اختلال جنسی در مقابل سلامت جنسی قرار دارد. یکی از مسایل مرتبط با اختلال عملکرد جنسی، تأثیر آن بر حسن معاشرت، زیست عفیفانه یا پاک زیستی، رضایت جنسی و در نتیجه احصان زوجین است که می تواند مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گیرد. یافته پژوهش آن است که با توجه به ملاک و معیارهای حسن معاشرت می توان اختلال های جنسی را از موانع تحقق احصان برشمرد. به تعبیری دیگر، با توجه به قواعد اخلاقی و تأثیر آن بر احکام حقوقی، می توان بر این نظر بود که اختلال های جنسی می تواند در زمره موانع احصان محسوب گردد.
The issue of sexual dysfunction is one of the emerging phenomena that has been less studied in jurisprudential research and studies. One of the issues related to sexual dysfunction is what effect this phenomenon has on the issue of "couple benevolence". To answer this question, jurisprudential and legal texts must be examined and analyzed.
