فلسفه برای کودکان، می تواند به روند رشد تفکر جوانان کمک کند. پیشنهاد ما فلسفه را آن طور که اکثر مردم آن را درک می کنند، به عنوان بدنه ای خالی از ایده های پیش ساخته در نظر نمی گیرند: ما به فلسفه عمل نزدیک می شویم. این ویژگی انحصاری کسانی نیست که خود را «فیلسوف» می‌نامند، بلکه برای طبیعت انسان است. با توجه به اهمیت آموزش برای کودکان در فلسفه معاصر، این پژوهش به بررسی چالش ها و راه حل های مربوط به فلسفه و آموزش فلسفه برای کودکان می پردازد. با توجه به هدف فوق،10 چالش به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین این چالش‌ها شناسایی شد: مفهوم فلسفه به‌عنوان یک رشته، فقدان مربیان آموزش دیده و ماهر برای آموزش فلسفه به کودکان، گسست بین ارزش‌ها و هنجارهای اجتماعی موجود می باشد. نقش مبهم معلم در این نوع تربیت، استفاده تند از فلسفه برای تربیت کودکان، ناآگاهی خانواده از فلسفه تعلیم و تربیت کودکان، عدم رشد شناختی کودکان برای درک مفاهیم انتزاعی از برنامه های فلسفه تعلیم و تربیت برای کودکان.
Philosophy for children can help the thinking process of young people. Our proposal does not consider philosophy, as most people understand it, as an empty body of preconceived ideas: we approach philosophy of action. This is not the exclusive property of those who call themselves 'philosophers', but of human nature. Considering the importance of education for children in contemporary philosophy, this research examines the challenges and solutions related to philosophy and philosophy education for children. According to the above goal, 10 challenges were identified as the most important of these challenges: the concept of philosophy as a discipline, the lack of trained and skilled educators to teach philosophy to children, the gap between existing social values and norms. The ambiguous role of the teacher in this type of education, the rapid use of philosophy for the education of children, the family's ignorance of the philosophy of education for children, the lack of cognitive development of children to understand abstract concepts from the philosophy of education programs for children.
