Abstract :
Corporate entrepreneurship plays a critical role in the profitability of companies, despite the importance of corporate entrepreneurship and spin-off . This research intends to promoting a model of corporate entrepreneurship development from an individual and team perspective in the PMO. This research divided into sections qualitative section and quantitative section to evaluate the current status and identify the factors affecting development of corporate entrepreneurship . The sampling method in qualitative section was performed by snowball method. In qualitative section, first a semi-structured interview with 12 experts was conducted to identify the factors affecting development of corporate entrepreneurship from an individual and team perspectives .The sampling method in the quantitative section is using stratified method. The sample size was 118 people in the quantitative section. To determine the level of factors, different statistical methods and tests using SPSS25 and Smart PLS3 software and structural equation model technique have been used to investigate the fitting of the research model with the collected data. The model derived from the research showed that the components of corporate entrepreneurship include internal corporate venturing, strategic renewal and innovation. Corporate entrepreneurship can also be proposed at both individual and team levels. Factors affecting individual corporate entrepreneurship including Entrepreneurial Orientation consciousness and Creativity, Knowledge, Capability and Skills "and Factors Affecting ،Team Corporate Entrepreneurship Include Corporate Absorption Capacity, Managerial Factors, Environmental Factors, Independence and Delegation of authority, award System, Organizational Structure, Context Institutional , Political Factors, Sanctions, advocacy and legal factors and international relations.
