بررسی تطبیقی دیدگاه قرآن با نظریات راجرز، مازلو و ویکتور فرانکل دربارۀ تقویت اراده

چکیده مقاله :
در دنیای امروزی اراده یکی از عوامل کارایی در ابعاد مختلف زندگی است که مواجهه با چالش‌های ذهنی را زیاد کرده و باعث رشد و پیشرفت زندگی شخصی و کاری می‌شود. این موضوع یکی از موضوعات اساسی روان‌شناسی انسان‌گرا محسوب می‌شود که از آن برای تقویت خودآگاهی انسان استفاده می‌شود. از سوی دیگر مطالعۀ آیات قرآن نشان می‌دهد که شمار زیادی از آیات به اراده و راه‌های تقویت آن ارتباط دارند. در پژوهش حاضر سعی شده است که با روش تحلیلی - توصیفی و با مراجعه به آیات قرآن و نظریه روان‌شناسان مکتب انسان‌گرا راهکارهای لازم در امر تقویت اراده افراد بیان شود. از دیدگاه قرآن انسان اشرف مخلوقات خداست و با توانمندی‌های بی‌نهایت به‌سوی خداوند در حال حرکت است، استعدادهای انسانی فقط در مسیر تقرب الهی شکوفا می‌شوند لذا ازنظر قرآن عواملی چون تقوای الهی، جهاد، روزه، نماز، صبر، تزکیه نفس و... موجب تقویت اراده و حرکت انسان می‌شوند. حال اینکه در نظر راجرز محور اصلی برای پیشرفت و تقویت اراده خود فرد است، او و مازلو بر این باورند که سرشت آدمی نیک است به‌گونه‌ای که بدون راهنمایی دیگران می‌توانند رشد و ترقی کنند و ارادۀ قوی داشته باشند. بر اساس نظریۀ ویکتورفرانکل عاملی که در تقویت ارادۀ افراد بسیار نقش دارد، فناپذیر بودن آن‌هاست، باتوجه به اینکه فرد پایان مطلق دارد باید از تمام لحظه‌های زندگی‌اش نهایت بهره را ببرد و برای رسیدن به اهدافش تلاش کند.
In today's world, willpower is one of the efficiency factors in different dimensions of life, which increases the exposure to mental challenges and causes the growth and development of personal and work life. This issue is considered one of the basic issues of humanistic psychology, which is used to strengthen human self-awareness. On the other hand, the study of the verses of the Quran shows that a large number of verses are related to the will and ways to strengthen it. In the current research, it has been tried to express the necessary solutions in the matter of strengthening people's will by the analytical-descriptive method and by referring to the verses of the Quran and the theory of psychologists of the humanist school. From the point of view of the Qur'an, man is the best of God's creations and is moving towards God with infinite capabilities. Human talents flourish only in the path of divine approach; Therefore, according to the Qur'an, factors such as divine piety, jihad, fasting, prayer, patience, self-cultivation, etc. strengthen human will and movement. But the humanist school only pays attention to the known human capabilities and takes steps to strengthen the will to reach those capabilities. According to the humanist school, things such as self-knowledge, positive indoctrination, goal setting, determination, decision-making power, and self-respect influence human will.
