This type of divorce takes place with the spouses&rsquo; agreement on all financial and non-financial matters such as mahr, alimony, child custody, and visitation, and compared with other types of divorce, it has a simpler and less contentious process. The present article, from a multidimensional perspective, examines the legal foundations, social causes, psychological effects, and strategies for reducing the harms resulting from consensual divorce.This article analyzes consensual divorce as one of the most common types of divorce in the legal system of Iran. Its aim is to examine the legal process, social and psychological effects, and its advantages and disadvantages compared with other forms of divorce. It also addresses the role of family counseling and the court in accelerating or reducing the negative effects of this type of separation.</p> <p>طلاق توافقی به عنوان یکی از روش&zwnj;های پایان زندگی زناشویی در ایران، طی سال&zwnj;های اخیر رشد چشمگیری داشته است. این نوع طلاق، با توافق زوجین بر تمامی مسائل مالی و غیرمالی مانند مهریه، نفقه، حضانت و دیدار فرزندان صورت می&zwnj;گیرد و در مقایسه با سایر انواع طلاق، فرآیندی ساده&zwnj;تر و کم&zwnj;تنش&zwnj;تر دارد. مقاله حاضر با نگاهی چندبعدی، به بررسی مبانی قانونی، علل اجتماعی، آثار روانی، و راهکارهای کاهش آسیب&zwnj;های ناشی از طلاق توافقی می&zwnj;پردازد.این مقاله به تحلیل طلاق توافقی به عنوان یکی از شایع&zwnj;ترین انواع طلاق در نظام حقوقی ایران می&zwnj;پردازد. هدف بررسی فرآیند قانونی، آثار اجتماعی و روانی و مزایا و معایب آن در مقایسه با سایر اشکال طلاق است. همچنین نقش مشاوره خانواده و دادگاه در تسریع یا کاهش تأثیرات منفی این نوع جدایی مطرح می&zwnj;شود</p> http://ahrarlawjournal.ir/en/Article/Download/53436
