ملخص المقالة :
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی نقش سهم کاربری تلگرام با ویژگی های شخصیتی، هویت اجتماعی و استانداردهای اجتماعی در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان است. در این راستا و برای بررسی این مهم بهطورکلی هفت فرضیه شکلگرفته است که تمامی فرضیات مورد تائید قرار گرفتند. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف، از نوع کاربردی و برحسب نحوۀ گردآوری دادهها از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است .جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش دانشجویان دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان است .روش نمونهگیری خوشهای و تصادفی ساده است. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران برابر با 376 نفر است. نرمافزار تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای پژوهشSmart PLS است. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامههای پژوهش مورد تائید قرارگرفته است. یافتهها نشاندهنده آن هستند که کاربری تلگرام با باز بودن شخصیت، توافق پذیری، هنجارهای ذهنی، هنجارهای گروهی(هویت اجتماعی) رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارد و باثبات احساسی، برونگرایی، وجدان اخلاقی رابطه منفی و معنادار دارد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که کاربری تلگرام با ویژگی های شخصیتی و هویت اجتماعی و استاندارهای اجتماعی در ابعاد مختلف بهصورت مثبت و منفی ارتباط سازنده و مخرب دارد.
