ملخص المقالة :
هر سازماني بطور معمول نيازمند تصميم گيري در رابطه با انتخاب و زمانبندي يک سبد پروژه از بين يک مجموعه از پروژه هاي کانديد است. از آنجا که در سازمانها معمولا منابع کافي براي اجراي تمامي پروژه هايي که پيشنهاد مي شود وجود ندارد بنابراين وظيفه اصلي مديريت انتخاب پرتفوليويي از پروژه هاست که با منافع سازمان سازگاري بيشتري داشته باشد. تصميم نادرست در انتخاب، دو پيامد منفي به همراه خواهد داشت: از يک طرف منابع سازمان صرف پروژه هاي ضعيف و غير استراتژيک شده و اتلاف منابع و زمان را به همراه خواهد داشت و از طرف ديگر سازمان سودي را که مي توانست از صرف اين منابع در پروژه هاي مناسب ديگر به دست آورد را از دست مي دهد (هزينه فرصت از دست رفته). بنابراين انتخاب بهترين پروژه ها که با اهداف سازمان سازگاري بيشتري داشته باشد همواره يکي از دغدغه هاي مهم مديران سازمانها مي باشد. در اين مقاله يک مدل دومرحله اي براي انتخاب پرتفوليوي بهينه در شرايط عدم اطمينان پيشنهاد شده که در مرحله اول پروژه ها با توجه به معيارهاي کمي و کيفي با استفاده از روش پرومته فازي امتيازدهي شده و در مرحله دوم گزينه هاي با امتياز بالاتر با توجه به محدوديتهاي موجود انتخاب و زمانبندي مي شوند.
