To this end, all employees and managers include 468 staffs were participated in present study, among them 211 were selected by Cochran formula and based on ratio multilevel cluster sampling. Data were collected by self questionnaires that the questions of getting a standard questionnaire. Data analysis was done using structural equation modeling by software Smart PLS 2 in two parts, the measurement model and structural section. In the first part, technical characteristics of the questionnaires including reliability, validity, convergent and divergent validity were evaluated. In the second part, software significant coefficients were used to evaluate the hypothesis. Finally, the findings indicated in outsourcing educational activities six organizational actor , administrative , economic , strategic , technical and structural institutions and associated with effective and also in outsourcing research activity of four factors , administrative , technical and organizational structure and associated with institutions need to be considered. هدف از انجام این بررسی عوامل موثر در برونسپاری آموزش و پژوهش سازمان ها بود. در این راستا جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان و مدیران سازمان ها در سطح وزارت نیرو که در حدود 468 بود و از این میان با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای و نسبتی 211 نفر از آنان به عنوان حجم نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. روش جمع آوري داده ها بر اساس پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که در تدوین سوالات آن به فراخور مولفه های پژوهش از پرسشنامه های استاندارد استخراج و انجام گرفت. پس از توزیع و جمع آوری پرسشنامه ها، بررسی اطلاعات و آزمودن فرضیه ها با استفاده از روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و به کمک نرم افزارSmart PLS 2 در دو بخش مدل اندازه گیری و بخش ساختاری انجام پذیرفت. در بخش اول ویژگی های فنی پرسشنامه شامل پایایی، روایی همگرا و روایی واگرا مختص PLS بررسی گردید. در بخش دوم، ضرایب معناداری نرم افزار برای بررسی فرضیه های پژوهش مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. در نهایت یافته ها نشان داد در برونسپاری فعالیت های آموزشی شش عامل سازمانی، مدیریتی، اقتصادی، استراتژیک، فنی و ساختاری و مرتبط با موسسات اثرگذار می باشند و همچنین در برونسپاری فعالیت های پژوهشی چهار عامل سازمانی، مدیریتی، فنی و ساختاری و مرتبط با موسسات باید در نظر گرفته شود. http://modiriyatfarda.ir/fa/Article/Download/25065
