Today in the industrialized world, those countries that have high productivity could be leading in economic and industry, because the main source of economic growth and development is high productivity. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between globalization and labor productivity in selected developing countries during the period 2001-2013 using panel data. The results revealed the positive effect of globalization and the R&D on labor productivity and negative relationship between inflation and labor productivity in the studied countries. افزايش و رشد بهره وري يكي از اساسي ترين راه هاي دست يابي به توليد بيشتر و به دنبال آن تأمين رفاه افـراد در جوامـع اسـت، شـناخت عوامـل مـؤثر بـر افـزايش بهره وري از آرمان هاي اصلي محققـان و پژوهش گران در ايـن زمينـه است. در جهان صنعتي امروز كشوري مي تواند در اقتصـاد و صـنعت پيش رو باشـد كـه بهـره وري بالايي داشته باشد؛ زيرا بالا بودن بهـره وري منشـأ اصـلي رشـد و توسـعه اقتصـادي اسـت. از این رو هدف این مطالعه بررسی رابطه بین جهانی شدن و بهره وری نیروی کار در منتخبی از کشورهای درحال توسعه طی دوره زمانی2001 تا 2013 به روش پانل دیتا بود. نتایج به طور کلی بیانگر اثر مثبت جهانی شدن و تحقیق و توسعه با بهره وری نیروی کار و رابطه منفی بین تورم و بهره وری نیروی کار در کشورهای مورد مطالعه بود. http://modiriyatfarda.ir/fa/Article/Download/24588
